  • RestEasy NFL Week 4

for thursday night I'm doing a teaser
    2* sf +3.5, under 49.5

    week 4 in so far
    2* seattle -2.5
Houston has struggled each game and was dominated by baltimore. Seattle rested most of the 3rd Q and the 4th. It is however a road test for them. I think they're up for it.

    1* pittsburgh -2.5
Someone has to win. With Heath Miller coming back last week they looked like they were finding something they had been missing. Bell comes back this week which may help. Mostly, viking's secondary is awful. Antonio Brown can and will do damage. Either way, poor london.

    1* Arizonia +3
With Glennon starting the bucs may actually do better than with Freeman. Cards secondary is good and the bucs have been finding ways to lose games. I think the cards can keep it close.

1* San Diego +3 (-130 for the hook)
Dallas has beaten teams with combined win total 1-5 both at home. The Chargers have looked surprisingly well against tougher opponents and now host after back to back cross country trips. Their 2 losses came to a FG. I like them here with the points. This I believe will move up to 3 with the public (according to thespread) 70% on dallas. I may add to it then.

    1* Oakland/Washington o43.5
Both defenses are not that great. Both mobile QB's (assuming pryor plays) can generate points.

    Teasers
    3* indy -0.5, bears +10
    3* denver -3, wash/oak o36 -150 7.5pt teaser

    season: 29-29 +0.5* wooho

I like your San Diego pick. Cowboys are an 8-8 team that wins one, loses one, etc. After a blow-out win they tend to get overconfident and perform poorly the following week. They blew out St. Louis in an easy home win last Sunday and are now on the road, all fat and happy.

It looks like a good opportunity for San Diego as a dog. It would not surprise me for SD to win straight up. To get San Diego at home plus the points looks like a good pick to me. And I agree on buying the hook on this one as well, since 3 is such a key number in the NFL.

saw a couple props I like for tonight

2* Lamar Millers -5.5 more rush than Pierre Thomas -130
this one jumps out as miller clearly the better back and more likely to carry the ball. Also, same prop sheet has miller o/u 59.5 and thomas o/u 45.5 (both o/u -115 with no leans). That's clearly more than 5.5 and makes me like this more.

                        1* Jimmy Graham o6.5 receptions -130
had 9 and 10 and 4 receptions from weeks 3-1 respectively. Dolphins gave up 8 on average with jordan cameron pushing that average.

                        1* jimmy graham o90.5 yds -140
                        with those receptions comes yards.

                        1* jimmy scorea td -175
he's scored at least once each game and dolphins have given a td to a TE all 3 games.

1.5* o24 2H (buying a little back still assuming miami keeps within 14 even if it is garbage time)

well, certainly bad on that pick but the props help out. pushed the 2nd half total.

                            3-3-1 -3.1* for MNF

                            19-9-1 +18.4* for week 4. I'll take it.
