Game 2 World Series

I am scared of my posting curse but here we go....

UNDER 7 (even) in game 2--Wacca/Lackey

No other way to look here. I am not comfortable playing the Cards here on a bounce back as they sometimes get down and their bats are quiet. So saying that, I think the under with a pitcher who has a .030 ERA vs. Lackey who has an ERA under 2 in the playoffs is the call.

Lots of runs yesterday so that will help us avoid any juice on it.

Without the errors, this game would have stayed under last night I think.

That ERA is from the last start of the season for Wacca where he had the no hitter going too. Hope he doesn;t freak out being only 22! I think all the jitters were used up last night.

Wacha has a 0.30 ERA in the playoffs... not only did he have the near no hitter in his last regular season start, he nearly did it against the Pittsburgh Pirates in his very next start as well. As well all know, he ended up being the NLCS MVP after he dominated the Dodgers too. No reason whatsoever for Wacha to all of a sudden get the jitters. Cards bounce back tonight and tie up the series. St Louis wins 4-2.
