What happened to Utah State? Thought I had a sharp play there. Line dropped from +6.5 to +3.

You and quite a few of us others. I feel like at least the following 3 things are to blame:

1). Some genuine "hype" came re: Utah St. which made its way to the ears of the Vols Defense. Mighta brought a bit of false confidence to Utah State as well.

2). Utah State at lower end of # of returning starters list (so many players playing Game1) and traveling to the Insane Abyss or Heaven On Earth that is Neyland friggin Stadium where 102,000 crazy people dressed in Orange yelled unkind things at them.

3.) Tennesee D ROSE UP. Took the game. It happens. Should we have seen it comin'?

In hindsight: HELL TO THE YES.. Life is a never ending learning experience.

Woodee - look at it like this. Even "sharp" action loses around 42% of the time. More some years. Bottom line is, if you're sitting with +6 on a game that goes down as far as +3, over the long haul, that's a long term winner.

Hey Red..are you actually going to give me some competition this year on sports-bettors? lol Hopefully I can repeat last year #1 in College and #2 in NFL.

Bret..you are the man and I don't have the time to try and compete with you..however..my wife the Carlson Capper is not scared at all and will embrace the challenge.. She beats me on occasion in golf so she is not slouch. Game on....lol
