    TUESDAY

NC STATE -5 over Boston College BC not a good road team- Strong Play on NC State

Rhode Island -7 over lasalle- RI lost last game vs the Bonnies looking to get back on track tonight

MICHIGAN STATE -16 over Illinois- The line looks high but factoring in Illinois short turn around 48 HOURS AND TRAVEL
No Inside game- Mike Finke not playing should be a dunk fest for the spartans.

I'm adding Michigan State -16 too.

Illinois is in a tough stretch on the road and MSU is firing on all cylinders right now.

Ohio State needs to get well after two straight losses. Buckeyes beat Rutgers by 22 on the road. Should try to run it up in last home game in February. Ohio State -14.5 vs Rutgers.

West Virginia PICK vs Baylor. This one is for Woodie. If WVU loses tonight his Cyclones get the Mountaineers in Morgantown on what would then be a 2-game losing streak.

    Purdue at Illinois Thursday game

Boilermakers are a 9.5 chalk at Illinois. Illinois on a 48 hour turn around from a 20 point beat down at Michigan State.

I know Purdue is on a skid last few games but they are a nightmare match-up for Illinois.

Purdue is incredibly Strong inside where as Illinois is paper thin. The scoring droughts this Illinois team goes through time and time again every game is alarming in covering a spread.

My numbers strongly say Purdue by 14

And thatís why I usually donít like parlays.

Split out both which are now losses. Pushed Florida but thatís a good reason I like to buy points.

Onward. Rough patch but still seeing things well in hoops I feel. Left off a lot of winners I passed on.

Purdue line dropping and that scares me a bit. I think they win but the cover may be close.

    My other plays:

Eastern Washington +5 at Weber State

    Arizona State +3 at Oregon

Oregon State +6 over Arizona ó-think this is the upset of the day!

13 hour work days are killing me. Real quick for tonight's late game leftovers:

Louisiana Lafayette -7 vs Troy (ULL 18-7-1 ATS in last 26 games. Favorite is 9-1-1 ATS in this series lately)
UC Santa Barbara +2.5 vs U Cal Irvine (The 20-6 team is the underdog against the 14-15 home team. Should stay away but.....)

    Bounce back Friday....

Ohio State -1.5 vs Indiana (Hoosiers will play them tough at home but OSU needs to keep winning for their March Mojo)

Good Luck PDiddy- Taking the night off to lick my wounds on the Purdue game.

I was talking to Corn Picker about Illinois a few days ago

He said Illinois is a team that no one wants to play right now. There is some truth in his logic. Young team-New coach and growing.

Next up for Illinois is a Game at Rutgers

SATURDAY PICKS- Games that jump off the Floor-

MICHIGAN PK at Maryland. Tough road trip to hostile land think Michigan is the better team here.

NOVA -7.5 at Creighton. Nova should dominate this one.

KENTUCKY -6.5 at home vs Missouri. Missouri is a bad coached team- Ky at home is a bad ass environment.

WOODEE HELP ME ON THIS LAST GAME

Iowa State + 16.5 at West Virginia ????

Saturday update.... Villanova line down to -6.5, definitely jump on that number.

Virginia Tech -3 vs Louisville (Cardinals not playing well against good teams, Hokies roll)
Tennessee -4 vs Mississippi (Volunteers #2 seed in the SEC, an under the radar team)
Washington -2.5 vs California (Huskies struggle on road but Cal is an awful Pac-12 team)
Texas Tech -1.5 vs Kansas (Game of the Day. TT 16-0 at home, can still win Big-12 title.)

Sorry guys. I couldnít get into the site earlier and just got free.

Iím playing Arizona +5 at Oregon. I know about the news but think players may come out ok.

I missed most today but would have splitvout in the 4 Games I was looking at.

Nova loses. Wow. Liked that one too but they are going to be hard to trust tourney time.

Great Pick PDiddy- NC State is a solid basketball team going to be a tough out in the dance no matter who they play

BIG 10 TOURNEY EARLY VIEWS FROM THE FLOOR

    1st Round

#13 seed Illinois vs #12 Iowa. Illinois is # 1 in the Nation in fouling per game 22.3 a game.
The last time these two teams played Illinois committed 31 fouls leading to 40 Free throws for Iowa.
4 games 8 days for Illinois staying in New York after the Rutgers game to rest.

#14 Rutgers gets #11 Minnesota. Rutgers playing on guts alone injuries, Flu and a packed schedule could be enough for them to lose to the Gophers.

    OTHER THOUGHTS;

Nebraska lands a # 4 soft seed and a double bye- They will run into a Buzz saw Michigan team I suspect.

Michigan State # 1 seed. They should win the tourney but they wont- State has been playing down to the level of competition last few games- Izzo and company are focused on the BIG DANCE. Big 10 Tourney championship would be nice but it means nothing to the selection committee.
