Ray Meyers got on the phone today and told me I won't be getting paid today because of the posts I put about him not paying. "Because those posts that you put in there cost me money."

I have a tape of this unbelievable conversation and will be publishing them on the internet so all may know what a fraud he is.

I now include the names of his co-conspirators, Jason Johnson and Dave Moore along with another co-conspirator Dion, who enticed me to send the intial funds.

I am in the process of contacting the Dutch government in St. Maarten along with Barclays Bank PLC in New York and St. Maarten who will be also named as fraudulent co-conspirators.

Sorry to hear that Boomer. I guess the 5% juice finally caught up to Action and the players were smarter than they thought. If it helps, I recall that Action actually had a walk-up site in St. Martaan and this may give you some leverage through the gov't assuming Ray, or whatever his name, wants to keep the place open. You have to wonder about a guy who uses an alias to open a business, but then with what's happening to Jay Cohen maybe its not such a questionable practice. Good luck.

Too bad things got so outa hand. I really thought you would get YOUR money. I was almost going to re-up with them before all this took place. Thanks to your reporting we all benefit from not having to deal with theifs like the ones you 've exposed. I will go out of my way to make sure everybody I come in contact with will be aware of action sports. Maybe we could chip in and get an advertisement in Don Best Sports schedules(I think they print about 500,000)to expose them. Lets lower the BOOM on em!!

Jason Johnson, Dave Moore, Dion in customer service. Do yourselves a big favor and disassociate yourselves from Action Sports and this Ray Meyers character. Let the world know his true name and remove yourself from Action Sports immediately.

This guy is going down hard and going down fast. Ray Meyers, you are not only a thief and a liar, but an inept one at that. You have the unmitigated gall to come on this site as has been your manner of operation and deny that accounts have ever existed at your sportsbook.

Well I had your own employee Dave and Jason reinstate my account so that I may make screen shots of my account and the dollar amount owed me on different days. I was aware of your dishonestly from the first time I talked to you and I took appropriate steps to document my actions.

This includes a tape of our conversation today which was played in its entirey where you say to me, flat out, you are screwing me out of my money. This tape was already played to the head of security at Barclays Bank as well as Jeff, the administrator of this site, who was nothing short of flabbergasted.

I am faxing over to Bettorsworld as we speak, screen shots of the account balances and activity which will further show that I had an outstanding balabce of $8,608 owed to me at the time you left town.

Also included are tape recording from your own employees stating that I am oweed $8,608 and and that I will defnitely get paid when you get back.

In light of all this hard evidence, Ray Meyers, do you wish to retract your statement that I was paid off. If not, then I would like to see you get your employees Dave Moore and Jason Johnson come on this site and let's see if they care for you enough to lie some more for you. I'll bet they won't. I'll bet they've been advising you against cheating me all along and are appalled by your foolishness and shortsightedness.

You are being fought upon by all sides. Next will be the freezing of your bank accounts and the indictment of your company and you personally by the Dutch government. Other countries such as Antigua and Curacao that have a legitimate stake in internet gaming will ensure you disappear.
