Reno, I'd suggest that you fill out one of the Bettorsworld complaint forms. It may be in vain, but seriously then you could get Jeff and Brian itnervening on your behalf. Then Post-Time would have to explain to them what is their policy, and how it compares to the advertised one. Have Jeff ask them how many other posted rules don't apply in certain unspecified/unwritten circumstances.

I just asked Post-Time for a clarification of their bonus policy (web site states that there are some restrictions, ask for details). Bonuses don't apply to transfers from other sportsbooks, and they aren't given to "individuals playing on behalf of any sports betting related company."

I don't know your affiliations, but it would be hard for me to say that even the Poker Players are a sports betting related company.

I talked to Al at Post Time. Naturally, he was aware of this post. He told me that the the Post Time web site states that certain restrictions"--based on customer "characteristics"--apply to bonuses. I checked, and the the web site does indeed state that. In other words, it is a non-specific disclaimer that allows Post Time to arbitrarily decide who deserves a sign-up bonus. So, Post Time at least states their policy. But whether this policy is right or wrong is debatable.
