NEW YORK, New York -- CBS Sportsline is reporting that the National Football League has sued Ken Miller and his "NFL Today" sites. It alleges that the sites promote gambling, project favorites for each week's games and provide direct links to gambling sites. The league asked the court to stop the sites from using NFL trademarks, to transfer all of its domain names to the NFL and to award the NFL unspecified damages. websites. In October the NFL offered to buy the names from him for US$270. Miller said he then offered to sell them for
