Check out what someone said about Nasa right on their posting forum:
The NASA people are crooks and liers.
Last week I placed a bet for a dime on the Flyers over Atlanta. The Flyers won the game 5-3 which should have given me an $1150 profit. When I logged on to the NASA site I received a message stating that my account had a flag on it and that I should contact customer service. I called and talked to a supervisor named Pina who told me that they had cancelled my bet because NASA had posted the line that I bet on incorrectly. He said that they had just made a mistake on the line. He guaranteed me that if I ever made a mistake on a bet that I could call and they would take care of it for me.
Well, yesterday while entering a play I got distracted and incorrectly bet just short of a dime on the Padres. I knew as soon as I entered the bet that I had made a mistake and called NASA about a minute later. The same guy, Pina said that there was nothing that they could do to remove the incorrect bet. He told me that all bets are FINAL (yeh, right just like my Flyers bet) and then proceeded to flat-out lie and say that he never said that they would handle a mistake that I made. There are plently of good internet sportsbooks out there that operate honesty, consistency and with integrity – unfortunately NASA displays none of these.
