A couple of days ago I came in here and complained about a couple of issues that I had with Royal. I wanted to just came back and say that I have been very impressed with their customer service. I recieved a phone call from their marketing department, asking to elaborate on my complaints and they were very nice and understanding and said they would look into the issues that were brought up. This was a pleasant surpise as I usually can't even get sportsbooks to respond to my emails. Also, this morning I noticed that they have posted a dime overnight line in baseball. Now if they could just fix the timing out issue, they will become one of my fave outs.
