Everyone is contradicting themselves about this place. First they're okay and they're on the good list, then someone says no way would they put their money there, and someone else is having trouble getting their cards credited back while someone else got a check in two days.
I've heard they are paying employees late and are having some local legal problems in Costa Rica. I'd also heard the owner had sold out and left and two Chinese guys were picked up at the airport with a ton of money. Then I'd heard he was back and that wasn't true.
Does anybody know what is going on? They are supposed to be one of the biggest and most stable out there, owning a whole mall or something like that.
