Wheeling Downs soon to offer Riverboat Gambling??
Wheeling Downs in Wheeling, West Virginia has already installed slot machines and a small gaming center and is preparing to begin Riverboat Gambling. This is an establishment that allows families to come and enjoy the races......our precious children will now be exposed to GAMBLING.
There is still a vote pending, but it looks like the issue will pass easily as Wheeling is looking forward to the increase in tax revenue....
