Anyone heard of this guy or dealt with him?

I got an email about a picker. I like this site don't get me wrong because he don't call you he doesn't charge much and only charges per day, but he has been getting a lot right ( like 80%) and I would like to know where people like this get their info? Is he just getting lucky or what? I would like to just pick em myself, but hell I sent him like 60 bucks last week and he went 6-1 so until he stops i guess ill ride it out just looking for some info in case anyone knows anything about this guy.
