Joe isn't that bad of an announcer. He even provides entertainment in bad matchups - if you have never tried this before, watch a Sunday night game and listen to see if he talks after every single play!
But how about this stellar advice last night when the Bears get the ball with 1:50 left in the first half at their own 40 losing by two touchdowns? He actually said they should run the ball to make Minnesota use all 3 of their timeouts. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Here's an idea - work the entire field, use your time outs, and try to get 2 first downs to get into field goal range. As it turns out, they drove down and scored, but that was just terrible advice no matter how it turns out.
