another great night last night going 5-1 (+5.25 units) and my only loser was the one i thought i had in the bag with atlanta -1.5 leading 4-1 in the ninth. oh well, i am still thrilled to death to come back from almost 35 units down and ready to give it up and wait for football. missed all the day games today.
two unit plays
atlanta -155 vs san fran............braves continue to win games. schmidt not the pitcher he used to be anymore. i think that is why he was not traded this year. too much money for a pitcher living on former reputation. nice odds for the braves at home.
houston -200 vs washington............i hate laying these kinds of odds. but after getting burned on the runline with the braves last night, it scared me off the runline with houston. hot vs cold.....hot vs cold.....hot vs cold.....did you need to know anything else?? no. should be an easy winner.
one unit plays
dodgers -113 vs phillies...........phils playing much better than the dodgers lately. phils have been lucky to win the first two, and i get the feeling the dodgers win this one rather easily tonight. phils have a tendacy to get blown out once in a while and corey lidle has been know to get hammered lately.
cleveland -186 vs kansas city...........millwoood much better than his record and kc is horrible. the tribe playing for a wildcard too.
i like these again tonight and i can see going 3-1 and being back on the plus side for the first time in a good while.
