The Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie WR Maurice Stovall finally got into the lineup for Tampa Bay sunday and caught 3 passes for 42 yards. Stovall was a 3rd round pick by the Buccaneers in this years' draft out of Notre Dame. He is a monster of a receiver at 6'4" and 229 pounds.

WR Laveranues Coles was definately in the zone Sunday as the Jets beat the Minnesota Vikings 26-13. Coles led the way for all receivers in Week 15 as he caught 12 passes for 144 yards and 1 touchdown on the afternoon.

QB Rex Grossman appears to have returned to his early season form as he helped lead the Chicago Bears to a 34-31 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Grossman, who had struggled mightily at times this season has had back to back good performances for Chicago. Sunday he completed 29 of 44 passes for 339 yards and 2 touchdowns to lead all passers for the day.

QB Jay Cutler of the Denver Broncos outdueled fellow rookie Matt Leinart Sunday as the Broncos defeated the Cardinals 37-20. Cutler was an impressive 21 of 31 for 261 yards 2 touchdowns and 1 interception on the day. "You saw what he could do today," Denver coach Mike Shanahan said. "It doesn't take a genius out there to figure out this guy is very composed, can make all the throws, and plays with a lot of confidence."

Ladainian Tomlinson of the San Diego Chargers single-handedly destoyed the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday night just like he has done all season long. Tomlinson showed again why he should be the NFL MVP as he carried the ball 25 times for 199 yards and 2 touchdowns in the Chargers win over the Chiefs.

QB Steve McNair of the Baltimore Ravens left the game Sunday against the Cleveland Browns with a hand injury sustained after a defender stepped on it. McNair was injured early in the first quarter and was replaced by backup quarterback Kyle Boller.

RB Maurice Jones-Drew of the Jacksonville Jaguars also left the game against the Titans with an apparent leg injury. Jones-Drew carried the ball 25 times for 98 yards and 1 touchdown after Fred Taylor went out with an injury in the first quarter. The rookie running back also caught 3 passes for another 47 yards. Jones-Drew limped off the field late in the game and did not return. He underwent X-Rays after the game to determine the extent of the injury which was described as a leg cramp by the team.

Jacksonville RB Fred Taylor re-aggravated his right hamstring early in the first quarter of the 24-17 loss to the Tennessee Titans. He would not return to the game but tallied 37 yards on 2 carries before leaving with the injury. "I thought it was a cramp initially or something just grabbing, but it didn't let up," Taylor said. "Hamstrings are tricky. Sometimes they just spasm, sometimes you can pull them. Thankfully, I did not pull it."

Quarterback Joey Harrington had his worst game of the season as the Buffalo Bills defeated the Miami Dolphins 21-0 to eliminate the "Fins" from playoff contention. Harrington who completed 5 of 17 passes for 20 yards and 2 interceptions was benched late in the game in favor of Cleo Lemon. "Let's not pretend it was a huge shock," Harrington said of his benching. "I wasn't playing well."
