  • Monday Night Football Anyone???

Alright guys, last week was a bad selection, while
brett favre threw the ball straight up in the air
twice, and green had fumblitis. But tonite let's
turn it around when Pittsburgh visits San Fran.
Here are some interesting facts on the monday
    night matchup:

    Pitt D = #4
    San Fran D= #7
Looks like a defensive battle. The good things I
like about san fran is there pass rush, they are
second in the league in sacks, and after watching
them play st. louis last weekend, i realized why.
They blitz all day, and it is very effective. They are
going to put some major pressure on tommy
maddux, and he is going to throw picks, and
have a rough night. Then you have to factor
in the T.O. factor! I see owens having an
awesome night in the primetime. I see a low
score, but san fran by 6. Pittsburgh has
been the most inconsistent team the last
couple years, besides the giants. I dont
see the bus going anywhere tonite, so i am
    going with:

    San Fran -4

I have the 49'ers today too......Tim Rattay looked really good vs the Rams 2 weeks ago plus the 49'ers had the bye week to prepare for this game. I think a 49'ers 7-10 point win...looking to salvage a really rough week for me.

I am looking at teh OVER 41 for a small play. Lean towards the Steelers +4. No big reason just gut feeling. Steelers have sucked all year but feel they will come out ready tonight.

Not much to back up plays but thats what I am leaning towards.

      so small plays:

      pitt +4
      over 41

Gotta to agree with you Woodie....I like Pitts to cover the 4.5 pionts. For your information...Last tenth Monday Night Games 8 of them were won by Raod teams (Away from home teams) in this season so far. Tonight, Away from home will cover, but lose the ML. Nevertheless, I am leaning to Under the Total 41.5 pionts, Cuz both teams love to run the ball....

        Pitts + 4.5 pionts
        Under @ 41.5 pionts

        Good Luck to Alllll

Although Pitt is 3-6 a win puts them 1 game behind the Ravens and Bengals for first place in the AFC North. Both teams have been Jeckle and Hyde however I don't think Ratay will have another good game I'm going with what I feel is the better team with the better coach taking Pitt with a play on the money line

            Under tonight MNF

I think SF has changed their strategy to put pressure on defense rather than winning by offense only like used to be . With one week off their healthy defense will be ready to handle Tommy Maddox . With Pitts running game is not as good as used to be . I think passing game will not work with SF defense. SF has limit TB Bay only 7 points and RAMS only 10 points . Chance for UNDER is good today. I also like 49 -4 at home . New coach Eric has brought new winning attidude to 49 at home and I 'd like to stick with that.

Rattay is the man, and Owens had a huge game.
Did you see the San Fran defense? They looked
awesome. Hard hitting, in maddux's face all night.
The bus went no where. AWESOME GAME!
I am really happy the discussions keep getting
              better every week.
              Tune in Next week!!
              hope everyone won their bets!
