Call them to find out. I do not think that a pre-paid credit card will be a problem. Since the bank itself prevents the transaction. In this case you are the bank.

I think it would be easiest to set it up through your bank account then use the prepaid card to make deposits. This would be my guess. I checked on neteller for you and it didnt say anything about not excepting prepaid cards.
