    Here's a trio of winners...

Game: L A Tech at New Mexico State (9:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: Game Total UNDER 144 -110

These teams met earlier and battled to OT. There was just 130 points scored before OT in that game. New Mexico State has a history of getting up early in these types of games and then coasting. They have been 5-2 to the UNDER as a home favorite of 7-12.5 points. Louisiana Tech has been UNDER in 8 of 10 as a road dog of 7-12.5 points. New Mexico St. has also played UNDER to the tune of 10-3 when the road team has an overall winning percentage of under .400.

Game: Anaheim at Los Angeles (10:30 PM Eastern)
    Pick: Anaheim -170

Anaheim has been destroying division opponents all season (16-8) while LA can't beat their division foes (7-17). Los Angeles' terrible defense gets worse against teams that know how to exploit it. The Kings give up 3.7 per game to division opponents. LA is 3-15 this season at home vs. winning teams and 2-12 at home vs. good goalies like Giguere that save 92%+ of shots on goal. LA has shown some life of late winning two of their last three including a 6-5 win over Colorado in their last game. But the Kings are 0-12 after winning two of their last three games this season, 3-17 this season after scoring 4+ goals and 1-10 the past two seasons after scorign 6 or more goals.

Game: Minnesota at New York Yankees (1:00 PM Eastern)
    Pick: New York Yankees -135

The Yankees will start Wang who will go two, followed by Phil Hughes and Ohlendorf. The Yankees will be facing Silva, followed by Rincon. Giambi, Matsui, A Rod and Jeter will all play for the Yanks and that gives them the edge here in pitching match-up and line-up. As is usually the case in exhibition games, the Twins will not travel with most of the regulars, especially after night game vs. Boston last night.
