apperance since 1996, hailing from Blacksburg
VT sports a 21-11 record and open as a 3.0 favorite
over Illinois.
A FLOOR VIEW OF VTECH
Solid Backcourt that is underrated, a team that loves
to run. Weak Inside low post is a Major problem on
offense and defense...
This team is led by their two guards, they are
ranked 335th in 3PA/FGA which tells me that these 2
GUARDS ARE ALL ABOUT DRIBBLE PENETRATION..
A good team that beat NC twice this year and
Duke, and lost to NCST 3 times, also a loss to
Marshall, SIU, George Washington, ...
VTech peaked to early this year and are
vunerable to this 5-12 match up especially down
low, this is the major difference in this game

Illinois has had several days rest and find themselves
a short bus ride from home, and the fans are coming
for this game.....LOOK FOR A SEA OF ORANGE.......

on Offense and Carter and Pruitt will have a solid game

Illinois Defensive pressure will alter the course of the game
for VT this I know.... NCST did that to VT and won 3 times

will win this game.....So who clanks the iron better

loves drama even though they say otherwise, here is
my floor view....
Illinois in at a 12 and SIU in at a 4 2nd Round potential
game. Now I know the committe spends endless hours pouring
over data matching teams up, and I also know they
know something we dont..... (ILL-SIU round 2 game)
just a Hunch and always follow your gut......
Illinois has the ability to beat VT with their Defense
I have said all year long when it comes to the DANCE
this team will cause some trouble with thier DEFENSE
VTECH the Under has come in last 8 of last 12 games
ILLINOIS under last 6 of 7 games.....thats 14of 19 fellas
as the under for these two teams combined RECENT DATA
