They have this contest among themselves every year and there are always a few with stellar records. These are not necessarily your normal dummies. Look at the Best Bets for crying out loud! In the past, even when the overall records weren't that great the Best Bets were at least decent. (sorry about the formatting...haven't figured out how to do it on here correctly).
