Jerry is setting up to release Phillips and Garret. Watch I can almost guarantee Jerry is going to making a huge coaching change. Would love to have Shannahan or Cowher. The funny thing is I read an article where Phillips has finally decided he needs to take tougher approach to the Cowboys. Ultimatly I would love to see Phillips step down as the head coach and take over the Def and sign one of those two coaches. Just my thoughts. Have a happy New Year.
