Italy -143 over Ghana - The class of this world cup has been getting it done for the most part in these opening round games. Germany, England, Argentina, Portugal have all pretty much dominated their games. Italy is one of the best teams in the world and I like my chances at -143

Brink, I like your thoughts today. I've played both Italy, and the Czechs in a few different parlays. Hate going against the USA, but after all said and done, at least maybe cash on their loss. I'll still be rooting for them. Also played Australia, but smaller. BIG money today on the HURRICANES in hockey. I know this a soccer thread, but wanted to add that. Good luck all today!!

All us gamblers usually have plenty of close calls we cry about, well happy to report the plus side a few minutes ago. With Japan up 1-0, less than 10 minutes to go. I had Australia and over 2 goals sprinkled amongst 5 or 6 parlays. Thought no chance. Well, not 1, not 2, but 3 goals from the "down unders"!. So instead of 3 parlays out of water, before sun barely up, looking decent with Italy to complete one 3 teamer, Czechs, to complete another 2 teamer, and Hurricanes and LAA for a 4 teamer. I know Brink is breathing easy right now too. WTG Brink, money 2 be made on this wacky sport. Just had to share my excitement with my fellow prognosticaters.
