I couldn't help but notice that in the NFL contest under the rules that Rule #6(c) is in bold font.

My question is are you now waiving said rule? And why?

What exactly are you pointing out? Did Taxman miss someone posting after the deadline?

If someone misses the Sunday Noon Eastern deadline, they have until one hour before the Monday Night Game to get in on that game.

exactly friend! that is how I also read the rule. there seems to be a late post made by everyone's favorite rule enforcer xbigpoppa last week that was scored as a winner and we all know by now that he would be the last one to want to take credit for a winner when he has not followed the rules.

so....I was simply wondering if this rule is being waived.

I was out at a game last Sunday and in a different time zone. I tried to do a time check during the 2H to ensure that all Sunday picks were entered prior to the noon deadline.

I see that the pick was entered after the noon EDT deadline and no pick was selected for Monday.

I will rectify the issue in the standings at the end of this week's action.
