    2* Atlanta -160

(Glavine/Ortiz) We usually don't like to lay this kind of juice but in a long season you can pick your spots for games you really like. Glavine has been totally lost since leaving Bobby Cox and Leo Mazzone, these two are great coaches when it comes to working with pitchers. Glavine has been hammered by his former team and it should be expected, the Braves hitters can prepare by asking Mazzone all about him and who would know him better than Leo? Ortiz is 8-3 with a 3.76 era against the Mets and Ortiz was 14-3 at home last season. The Mets have really struggled against right-handers as they're -36.5 units against them the last 3 seasons. The Braves are also a phenomonal 41-14 for +18 units last 3 seasons as a home favorite of -150 to -175! The Braves lost Sheffield but added JD Drew giving them perhaps the best outfield in Baseball. The Mets did little to improve this off-season as they added Cameron and Matsui but Matsui has really been a bust so far. We look for Atlanta to open in style tonight.
