As recently as January Intertops was still kicking out "winners." I now as a fact they closed the account of my mother-in-law in Europe after she won 15 dimes over football season (playing some touts picks - she does not even know what a 2 point conversion is!). So she was left with $14000 profit of Intertops cash.
Now I had a few hundred at Intertops and bet $100 on Charismatic at 50-1 in the Kentucky Derby futures. Of course, Charismatic won and my account of $300 was then $5300.
On June 1st, after some baseball picks my account had grown to roughly 15 dimes. At this point, I expected to receive the "Intertops' boot award for winning." But no, silence from Intertops ...
Now 3 weeks later my stellar baseball picks have resulted in my account being reduced from the 15 dime peak to roughly my original $300.
What I want to know is why the hell did Intertops have to change their policy of kicking out winners! Darn Intertops ...
Oh well, easy come easy go - anyone know who I can parlay at Wimbledon ...
