I was fooled by this thread (its date) until I got near the bottom.

I personally have a very high percentage of my total net worth in offshore sportsbooks. Several times this season, I've had over 50 dimes in a few accounts, and in one account, I've had the figure exceed a 100 dimes.

I have virtually no concern about my money in these accounts. These are top-of-the line Don Best books, the vanguard of the offshore industry.

The fact that the books are having a winning baseball season and the football money is now starting to roll in makes feel even more secure. If this were last year, when the Pokers were crushing the books, I wouldn't feel nearly as secure.

I have always thought 20% of my bank was enough. I would pull some of it before that if the money wasn't getting used enough.

            phil:

Honestly, the big question isn't how much do i send offshore. Rather it's how much do
I need stateside so I don't have to keep sending money back home from the offshores.

Don't leave a paper trail. It will kill you if you attain any success at gaming.

If you obtain any success in the gaming industry, you will end up using one of the more solid offshore (I recommend WWTS) books as your bank. You'll postup with other sports books through your offshore book/bank.

I'm not the brightest guy in the business but I look for the transfer of funds between books to continue to become one of the most sought after qualities a player will be looking for in a professional sports book.
It's probably doubled in the last two years and will probably double again this coming year, especially if H.R. 4419 is passed.

            good luck
