Payout headaches on Sopranos prop bet

Just a heads up for everyone--payouts on the Sopranos "first to die" prop have become a huge pain in the ass. Here's the story so far:

1) Pinnacle had incorrectly graded the bet as Patsy Parisi being the first to die. A number of media outlets (including the NY Daily News) had also made this mistake.

2) OasisCasino has graded bets on "none of these characters get killed" a winner without much explanation at this point.

3) YouWager has paid some of my clients bets, but another client just emailed to inform me that they're stiffing him on this claiming that the outcome was "public knowledge" on Friday. I did a Google search to see if this was the case but couldn't find anything to support this claim.

4) WWTS is in the process of grading the wager, at least that was the last I heard. I guess they should get some credit for trying to get it right.

If you're having trouble getting paid on a winning Sopranos wager (especially if its a case of "mistaken identity" on the person killed) HBO now has the full synopsis of the episode up on the website:

Sopranos update...

--Oasis is maintaining that the "no listed characters to die" was a winner since the first death in the show was a random guy shot by Eugene Pontecorvo. This is a very tenuous position from a logical standpoint, but that's their story and they're sticking to it.

--YouWager is pulling the old "bets are voided due to advance public knowledge" routine. One of my associates got the following message in his account:

Your wager on placed on The Sopranos Prop was erased. Any public knowledge of the results of the show before the wagers are posted, the wagers have no action. Management reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any wager.

The problem with this is that I haven't been able to confirm any "advance public knowledge" on the event.

--Still waiting for updates on Pinny and WWTS. Pinny mistakenly paid on a character that didn't get killed, so I'm hopeful they'll correct the problem. WWTS has yet to grade the bet.

--WWTS has paid

--Pinnacle has re-pended bets (is "re-pended" a word?) awaiting official confirmation on who actually died first. Since "official confirmation" is as close as the HBO website I'm hoping it won't take long for them to correct it...
