NCAA Weekend Recap & MNF Prediction
Another terrific weekend of football is in the books. Saturday, the Royal Post delivered you a cover prediction with Ohio State who proved they are a legitimate No. 1 team with a 38-17 over Iowa.

Ohio State QB Troy Smith threw for 186 yards and four touchdowns in the victory and extended the nation's longest winning streak to 12 games. The Buckeyes have now faced three ranked teams in September -- Texas, Penn State and the Hawkeyes -- and beat them all by at least 17 points. The stellar play by the scarlet and gray has created a very profitable 5-0 ATS record.

Iowa (4-1 SU & 0-4 ATS) fell to 0-10-1 SU against top-ranked teams. The Hawkeyes couldn't put up much of a fight in the most anticipated game at Kinnick in more than 20 years. Iowa QB Drew Tate finished 19-of-41 for 249 yards.

NCAA teams that are building bankrolls across the nation includes: Ohio State(5-0 ATS), Syracuse (5-0 ATS), Central Michigan (5-0 ATS), Louisville (4-0 ATS), East Carolina (4-0 ATS), Air Force (3-0 ATS), San Jose State (3-0 ATS) and Hawaii (3-0 ATS).

The biggest upset among top-25 teams came Thursday evening, as then No. 17 TCU was knocked off by unrated BYU.

BYU QB John Beck completed 23 of 37 passes and threw for 321 yards with three second-half touchdowns as the Cougars (3-2 SU & 4-1 ATS) held on for a big victory, 31-17 ending TCU's winning streak at 13 games. The streak was the longest in NCAA Division I-A.

TCU (3-1 SU & 2-1 ATS) hadn't lost since a 21-10 defeat at SMU in the second game last season, a week after the Horned Frogs opened 2005 with an upset victory at Oklahoma.

NCAA teams that are busting bankrolls across the nation includes: Stanford (0-5 ATS), Iowa (0-4 ATS), Arkansas (0-4 ATS), Fresno State (0-4 ATS), San Diego State (0-4 ATS), Maryland (0-3 ATS), Miami (0-3 ATS), Louisiana Tech (0-3 ATS), Marshall (0-3 ATS) and North Carolina (0-3 ATS).

Green Bay Packers vs. Philadelphia Eagles
Eagles' RB Brian Westbrook hopes to be back at full strength and continue his dazzling start when Philadelphia faces the Green Bay Packers on MNF. Despite battling a nagging knee injury the last two weeks, Westbrook has been playing and his presence has been felt, as his 420 total yards from scrimmage and five TDs lead the NFL.
While he is among the league leaders with 256 rushing yards and 5.8 ypc despite being limited to 44 attempts, Westbrook remains one of Donovan McNabb's top targets. He has 15 receptions and tops all non-wideouts in the NFL this season with 164 receiving yards.
The highest rushing total of his career came against Green Bay in last season's 19-14 victory on Nov. 27 when he ran for 120 yards and a TD on 20 carries.
Including a playoff matchup in 2004, the Eagles have won four in a row SU over the Packers and have won eight straight home games against them since 1962.
Those streaks are likely to continue if McNabb keeps up his hot play. He has a 105.3 passer rating, throwing for a league-high 960 yards and seven touchdowns this season with one interception.
The Eagles lead the NFL in total offense with 436.0 ypg. They have a good chance to at least maintain that pace when it meets a Green Bay squad ranked 31st in both passing defense, allowing 301.0 ypg, and overall defense, giving up 388.3 ypg.
Prediction: Philadelphia 31 Green Bay 17
    Notable game trends:
    - Eagles are 3-0 ATS in their last 3 games in Week 4.
    - Packers are 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games as an underdog.
    - Packers are 1-6-2 ATS in their last 9 vs. NFC.
    - Packers are 1-7-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall.
    - Packers are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 meetings.
