Credit Card Chargebacks

Does anyone know if banks are pursuing chargebacks if you file a claim for sportsbooks who have accepted credit card transactions without coding the transactions 7995 code which tells the bank it is a gambling transaction. Does anyone have any experiences in this. I have been asked this question a few times. And what if they did code it and the bank let it go through.
