  • How fair is online wagering?

Once upon a time (about two months ago), I had a real good weekend. These was one of the weeks that anything you had was a winner. My bankroll built so much and quite sure my "out" was so pissed. So who wouldn't be? Then came Sunday morning, my normal routine is to logged on, checked the lines. I didn't wait so much time when I saw something I'd liked. It was the game between Texas Ranger and San Diego Padres. Padres were favored by -40. I decided to take the dog +20. Right after I clicked on the Rangers my wager wasn't accepted and had a message stating that the line moved. It was now Padres -20 and if you opted to bet on the Rangers it will be a pick. I had a bad feeling about it, I wasnt so sure if I was getting paranoid or what and did a little experiment. Instead of betting the Rangers I opted on clicking the Padres supposedly -20. Guess what? I got another message saying that Padres is now -45. Hhhhmmmm, something is fishy here. As I said, I was winning so much and I cared less. I just ended up not taking the action.

Yesterday it happened to me again. It was a halftime bet on NFL. In fairness to all (sportsbooks), I will not mention names. Everyone knows that if you are hitting them good it will catch their attention. Everyone knows that no shops want their customer to win. Is it better to wager by phone to avoid this incident? Or it simply not fair at all and call it quits? But I'm sorry to say, there will be no more next time. If this happens to me again, there is no question ask. ACCOUNTS CLOSED!!

Udog, post the names of these *******s books. They should be revealed for such scams! Maybe losing some customers would teach them a lesson. If they didn't want your business, then they should have kicked you, not d!cked around with trying to cheat their money back from you!

I will let it slide this time but I am keeping an eye on them. As I said, there will be no more next time. If it occurred again they will do a lot of explanations not only to me but to the betting public. Thanks for your concerened buckeye.

I think you are letting these guys off to easy and should post everywhere about it. If its their right to do crap like this to people you have every right to post it and complain.
