Specific info requested on all sportsbooks

i am a very particular person and i have tried to search all past threads for info on particular sports books however i have found very little detailed info that meets my demands. i am 19 and prefer to bet online rather than through telephone. but i am looking for a book that also has no fees on credit card transactions. i want a book that is safe, trusted, and offers quality service. any recommendations would be very helpful.
