Forgive my ignorance, but can anyone info me about the better books re setting up accounts, transfers to and from (will they pick up fees), payouts, etc.?

Or should I just get off my lazy ass and check 'em out myself?

Most Antigua books transfer accounts to one another. Premiere League I believe was NOT charging but I also know that there was a serious problem with people taking advantage of this.
