Ray - With regards to Nascar, we have posted prices for this and these have been available for the last 2 races. Unfortunately, for the two weeks prior to this, we had a minor bug with our Motor Racing software, which unfortunately left us unable to post the odds. This has now been rectified and the next odds will be available on Thursday for this weekend’s race. Along with outright betting, we also offer each-way, 1/4 odds for the first 4 places.

Regarding ATP, we usually cover the main tennis tournaments. For smaller tournaments, we usually post odds from the semi-finals onwards. Subject to customer demand, this may increase in the near future.

Fatboy - We have recently increased our bandwidth and this has shown an improvement, however due to a huge increase in customer sign-ups, it has become apparent that we need to increase the bandwidth further. Our Technical Department is currently addressing this along with other issues. We do hope not to experience the same problems again this weekend.

Whiteshoes - Our checks are drawn from our bank here in the Channel Islands and it became apparent that clearance of these checks in the US & Canada can take up to 3 weeks. Obviously, this is unsuitable for our customers; therefore we have the following options as alternatives:
