  • "The List"

"The List" is something I've been maintaining for a few years now. It started out as the "Complete List" listing every and any book we came across, and then evolved into a list of just books that have generatated positive feedback, longevity,etc.etc.

I'd like to get some more feedback pertaining to the List, and possible new entries to it.

If you don't want to post here, you can always reach me at [email protected] or [email protected]

Thanks for your help. Afterall, it's the feedback from you guys that is responsible for the list in the 1st place!

Jeff, I would like you to consider and look into 2 books:

    1. Millennium- Just opened an account with them. They seem very solid as most people know that ABC's former general manager is now in charge of Millennium.

    2. Horizon- The guy in charge over there, Doug, was at Heritage, then at Pinnacle(where I guess there was some fallout) and is now in charge at Horizon. I posted in the past that Pinnacle used to be the old Heritage (which I think was true at the beginning when Doug was at Pinnacle and when they were more low profile) but from everything I have heard about Horizon, it seems they will be running business the exact same way that Heritage was run.

I agree with Millenium and Horizon.....positive feedback about both.

Also, from the most recent Don Best Schedule, the following add....

      B I G

      Belize International Gaming

Reccomended and edorsed by Don Best Sports

"a sportsbook that has earned the respect of the gaming community"

      Any comments???

Can't say as though I'm familiar with them.

I completely agree about Millenium. Another book that belongs there is Sports Interaction. They have been solid for a long time and I've never heard a complaint about payment. They have innovative depositing methods (Online Check) and they offer many interesting bets and their lines are not generic. My own experiences have been nothing but positive and they seem to be more of a presence this year with some advertising and some news releases. Their software seems to be much more reliable this year, and they took care of their loyal customers last year when they had that software crash for a week.

Sports Interaction decided to expand their product range this year and include AFL football from Australia. After a few weeks of taking an absolute hammering, they decided not pay a group of clients (big players) whom they claimed were involved in 'match-fixing'. Their decision was then backed up by some dodgy mob called, correct me if I'm wrong, the Interactive Gaming Council, a group that these guys pay to be a member of, thus when push comes to shove, the IGC would find in their favour.
That's how I remember it, AussieVamp will probably have further details.

Yeah, AFL should sue if anyone accuses anyone of match-fixing, that is ludicrous. Should a bank perhaps freeze one of their accounts accusing the bookie of NFL match fixing? Either makes about as much sense.

However, there is a bit of spivviness here with www.betonafl.com I think, the person involved there was doing the AFL linemaking for SportsInteraction I think - badly by the look of it, although not necessarily badly, but different enough to attract lots of punters

They still did offer odds afterwards, which is good, but a fairly standard line shaved slightly in some cases.......

I'm keen to learn the truth of this matter?

It's great that overseas books would take action on the great Australian game.

I reckon AFL match fixing is about 0.001% likely.

Match fixing (even allegations thereof) without even a hint of reporting by the Aussie press (it would be front page news) is about 0.0000000001% likely

Do these aggrieved punters really exist?

If so SIA has blatently ripped them off!

                        ps

I saw on their site SANFL (carn the Panthers!) listed but no odds at the time -- did they ever post odds for this league?

Sports Interaction is another book being haunted by the problems of the name game.

SIA and Sports Interaction are two very different entities.

Sports Interaction is the first legal sports book in North America (outside the state of NV) to accept wagering. Their website is here:http://www.sportsinteraction.com/ They are located in Kahnawake Mohawk Territory, Canada.

SIA is a carribbean based joint with a rep for fleecing folks.

Sports Interaction is solid from all I've spoken to.

                            Health,

I don't know what do you mean by SIA (maybe Sports International). BUT most people here will remember what had happened last year around this period of time to Sports Interaction, that what it has been called SIA at that time and since.

They can change their software and they can change where they want to operate, but bottom line, they can never changed what had happened.

                              Sorry, several typos.

                              Heath,

sorry about that, but in short, this is not one of my favorite books.

Be honest with you, their BM's are some of the worst that I have ever seen, often you will find some ridicolus offers over ther. But after Boris' story. I definitely won't want to play there anymore.

Sometimes, its just too good to be true.
