I'm glad Ray brought this up because I was totally baffled by Owen's posts after reading previous posts from him. The only problem I have concerning Action Sports is that there appears to be a smear campaign against them and Leo Walters has come on here claiming he is owed money from Mr. Myers. I don't know the story outside of this but a lot of persons who have followed this forum were turned onto Action by Leo Walters. I'd certainly take Bookybashr's more unbiased opinion of the book over those who have affiliations with them.

Just to clear this up since my name was mentioned here. I did not work for Action Sports. I was a Partner and Blood Relative of the person who uses the name "Ray Meyers" I owned 25% of the business. When I decided to leave Action Sports in June of this year "Ray Meyers" screwed me out of alot of money, in the six figure range to be exact, and that is what I posted. Also as of June Action Sports did not have a license to do anything on the island of Sint Maarten. The person who goes by the name "Ray Meyers" greases the palm of a local businessman so nobody bothers them...for now. If you look at their website you will see they don't even keep their money in Sint Maarten, it is in a French Bank in another country. I don't know who Mike Owen is, or why he has a beef with them, but if The person who goes by the name of Ray Meyers can screw his own partner and relative, I do not doubt that somebody else could have been screwed by him. This is how he does business. I feel bad for the current other partners. If the person who goes by the name of Ray Meyers has any problem with anything I posted here, well Ray, You know where I live. Come and knock on my front door and look me in the eye, but you know you can't lie to me about what happened, I know the truth, and if you and your shills keep posting in this forum lies about me, I will be sure to respond. Anybody can look at anything I have ever posted here, and it is all the truth.
Sincerely,
Leo Walters

I'm Ray and I'm the manager at
Action Sports Wagering. I'd like to respond to Mr. Walters post by saying I'm tired of him putting our sportsbook down. A sportsbook that he managed for 2 years. First in response to the greasing of the local businessman. Well Leo knows that what he's refering to is our licensing fee. Second in reference to us banking in a foreign country. Go to our website as Leo suggests and look at our bank wire instructions and you'll find out that our bank is on the Island of St. Maarten. As a matter of fact it is 5 minutes from our office. While your at our website(www.betasw.com)sign up and be the beneficiary of our 5% juice program. If you call us and mention this post I'll not only give you 5% juice but I'll give you 5% on your net win/loss for the entire football season and I'll also give you a 10% bonus on all your deposits in the month of November. What are you waiting for our customer reps are standing by. ASK FOR RAY 1-800-771-8771

I would love for this to end, but since my name was brought up again and more lies were posted I have to respond. First of all I was a 25% owner of Action Sports not a manager. Ray, maybe you want others to believe your lies, but I know the truth. Second of all he kind of tells the truth about the bank, it is 5 minutes from Action Sports, but it is located in Saint Martin a French Country located on the same island not Dutch Sint Maarten where he claims to be licensed. If you are duly licensed by a country I am sure they would want the company to keep the customers deposits in that country so they could have some control over it. As far as the greasing of somebody's palm, if Action Sports was licensed by the Government of Sint Maarten a check would be payed from Action Sports to the government, not cash to some local businessman.
I hope that these post that are attacking me will end so I don't have to keep pointing out the deceitful business practices of Ray Meyers. I guess business is not too good as in the bottom of the last post he is offering everything but the kitchen sink to get somebody to sign up with Action Sports. I hope this is my last post on this subject. I am sure the people are tired of reading this, but if the person who goes by the name of Ray Meyers wants to post more lies about me in this forum, I will be forced to respond.
Sincerely,
Leo Walters

I've been interested in posting up with Action Sports for a few months. I play a lot of games particularly in the NBA, up to 1000 per year. 5% juice on a great percentage of those plays would obviously make a huge difference in my bottom line. My reluctance to do so was based on negative posts in this forum. I have come to the conclusion that they are bogus as this one is.
I spoke with Ray Meyers today, a very personable straightforward person. His offers in this post are real. I posted up today and received the 10% bonus and deposits can now be made by quick collect, only $15. In addition, I will be credited with 5% of my winnings or losses at the end of the Football season, an incredible offer. 5% juice on all Football and Basketball is the greatest offer of all and will continue to pay big dividends. I expect Action Sports to be my primary out in the near future.Maxbetsoccer.com

Just a clarification. It is hardly unusual for a offshore book to use a foreign (to them)bank either to receive or send out money. In fact it is very prevalent. I have never heard of anyone making it an issue nor should it be in my opinion. I understand that this issue came out as ammo for the involved parties. However, the new comers to this site may see this bank thing as a red flag when choosing a sportsbook, when it fact it really isn't. A number of the respected books on your left bank through Bank of Nevis, for example, which is in St. Kitts & Nevis,a pair of islands which I would bet serious money most people have never even heard of. Right?

Polar did'nt disappear yet.
I agree with ray. The one thing we can not tollerate is false claims. Bash people if you want, but with facts.
I will say that I have noticed that NOT ONE of the rock solid books are offering a %5 per cent juice deal on any sport!
I would be leary of any book that does this. I would love to get %5 juice, but have a tough time risking my money with these books! This is only a gamble by books that are having problems getting players. This is not a good business decision for the books!

After reading these posts it amazes me that anybody would even think about signing up with this book. The Ray person obviously screwed a former partner and relative out of money, and he is offering all kinds of deals that you do not see at any other sportsbook. I guess the posts about this place must be true because if you have to give so much away to bring in business they must be hurting. This sounds like the Action Sports that was signing up customers offering all kinds of deals and not paying any customers. I remember reading those posts last year. I for one would never sign up with any book with any question of validity, and especially one who was to give uo so much to get a customer. Gambling of games is tough enough, let alome gambling with an unknown unlicensed sportsbook with many bad posts here at Bettorsworld.
