At 12:30 A.M. EST today, Monday November 15th, betmaker.com had a freak occurrence with our computer system, due to an outside contractor inadvertently triggering a software error. This error has erased the entire database for today, up until 6:00 p.m. EST, when this problem came to light. All wagers placed today over the telephone or internet have been lost. All customers balances as of the end of the day, Sunday November 14th, are secure, intact, and up to date.
In summary, all wagers placed after 12:30 a.m. EST have been erased and will be ruled as pushes or no contest, with no financial effects to your account from the loss of these transactions. All wagers on tonight’s games placed prior to 12:30 a.m. EST on Monday, November 15th, will be honored. All future wagers that have been placed with our company are in the database.
We waited until the absolute last minute to make this post in the hope that the experts we have retained could retrieve this data.
Please be assured that we, at betmaker.com, are doing our best to rectify this situation.
