This is what Sportsbook.com is advertising on the back cover of one of my schedules I recieved recently. Is this really something that is feasable? I have no idea, just curious. Seems like a bunch to me.-------Tom

I once posted on this subject before. What counts as a customer? Is it someone who has sent money to a book and still plays there? Is it someone who sent money to a book in the past and has now depleted his account? Is it someone who signed up with a book but never sent a dime? Is it someone who received their free CD in the mail whether by request or unsolicited and who may or may have not set up an account?
I am pretty sure in the sportsbook.com case what they are referring to. They use Starnet software. I think they are referring to the Starnet software that has been either sent out to or downloaded by that many people whether or not they sent $1 or $1,000 or nothing. And not just with sportsbook.com, that figure refers to all Starnet books affiliated and not affiliated with sportsbook.com. It probably also includes the Levy books that are no longer even affiliated with Starnet.
So you see it's all about semantics. (sp?)
