Aces Gold...An unsolicited unabashed plug

I have played with Aces Gold (Sports Market online book) all year and would like to wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They offer no-juice on Fridays for NFL, drop-dead awesome football re-up bonuses for small post-ups which increase substantially for larger post-ups. They credit your account immediately when you send money and with all the payouts I've taken from them, they never have taken more than 24 hours, a remarkable feat considering I always request bank wires.

Their online maximums are the highest I've come across, their customer service guys are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

They just upgraded their server, but I almost never had problems getting in before the upgrade. These guys are just a pleasure to deal with.

I love acesgold too...my only beef is that since my credit card exp date has changed, my card doesn't work there anymore....and they have done nothing to fix it....otherwise, very solid

their customer rep is very helpfull and knowledgeable. I haven't made withdrawal with them so I can't make comment about it, but I am planning to after this football season..
I've been wondering about this for a while... they offer a generos bonus for deposit and reloads. On top of that their no juice offer on Friday is also too good to be true. So where they make their money from???? How can they cover their expenses??? Does it mean they are gambling with us instead of being a sportsbook where they keep the juice???

I'm really glad to see this rock-solid outfit getting a well-deserved plug.
I've been with a few off-shores and this is my hands-down favorite. Not to beat a dead horse here, but they have always posted deposits and bonuses within minutes and paid out on time, every time.
What really sets Aces Gold apart, I think, is customer service. They are always polite when you get them on the phone with a question about a line or bet. And if the operator doesn't know the answer, he actually gets up out of his chair, walks over and a gets an answer (none of that "what that probably means is..." crap)!
You also saw great customer service when it came to Y2K. They just migrated over to fully compliant Y2K servers, like I'm sure a lot of books did. Rather than just pulling the plug on half their setup without informing customers, they posted ADVANCE notice about the impending computer update, along with numbers to call if you had connection problems, and a follow-up notice to let customers know they had completed the job. That's the type of service that tells customers you want their business for the long haul. Excellent work, Aces Gold!
