PINNACLE PAYS "ON TIME"!

Just receive payment from FEDEX this morning "one day earlier" as promised. Pinnacle is not only as solid as it looks but customer service is great as well. My sincere thanks to Pete, Jim, Mike, "Del"(not so sure if I spelled it correctly, Javier, Martha, Amber, Bridgette.

This is about the third time I've read where Pinnacle has paid on time. What's so special about that? Was there ever a question about these guys not paying? All books should pay on time. If everybody who got a check on time from a book posted it, we would need a separate forum. Are these paying kickbacks for good postings?

Intheknow is right. The books to the left all payout - or they would not be listed.

Collectively they send out THOUSANDS of checks/wires/WU every month.

Let's not clutter up this forum with info everyone knows already.

Sure they all pay, but 3 times FedX was at my door the next day after requesting a check from Pinnacle. Thats fast even for the shops on the left.

intheknow - since you know everything, next time around I will not mention anything about payment anymore.

and for you mls - are you sure everything on the left pays? If so, how fast?

One question though. How can a book send you a check and have it delivered the next day after you request it. First you have to contact the bank, then you send it fed ex and it has to go thru customs in Memphis, TN. What bank is your check drawn on? They must not have that big of a client base, because I can't see this happening with 20-30 checks a day going out. But would love to be able to offer this to our clients, the most I can do is request on Monday, get it on Wednesday morning.

In my case the request for payouts was made first thing in the morning. Presumedly processed imediately and the check sent out next day FedX that afternoon. I guess it is difficult to do as no other checks reach me the next day after the request.

intheknow - first of all, I will give you a list of books that you could request it Monday and received the check next day Tuesday by Fedex.(It is not guaranteed but it normally happens this way) SOS, POST TIME, WWTS, PREMIERE LEAGUE. As long as you request it before 12:00 p.m. eastern Monday, I usually have it by next day. Second, I didn't say that I got the check from Pinnacle the next day. What I'd said was, it came promptly and even a day earlier. I requested it Monday morning and got it Wednesday which I was promised Thursday. Last but not not the least, I'm not aware what book are you connected with which I don't really care but If you are paying your customers by Wednesday which takes two days obviously from Monday then I suggest you change your policy because you are falling behind. Stay competitive pal.

intheknow - by the way, I am getting another payout tomorrow afternoon which I will request tomorrow morning. Same day payout because it is W. Union, is that okay with you? I will not mention the name of the book anymore because I now it is not okay with you.

UDog7, there is NOTHING more important in this industry than a good payout record, especially towards the end of Football, so by all means, continue to post when/if you've received excellent service on a payout. BTW, as usual, I received prompt, FREE payout from SIA this past week, so excellent business as usual there.
