Is paradisepoker.com part of poker.com(PKER)?

As far as I know, Paradise Poker and Poker.com are two different entities (STING may have more info). I will say that I am completely impressed with Paradise Poker. They will offer High/Low Omaha very soon. There are always games going and the software is excellent. They seemed to have thought of everything, including what happens to a live hand when your ISP goes down. The only problem I have with is that it's addicting! I'm sneaking in hands when my wife goes shopping, etc. Paradise Poker looks to be miles ahead of Poker.com right now.
