    Hey Sheik...

Online. I never call in my bets. The software doesn't shut you out once you get to their limits, but they would have the right to negate your bets if you violate their limits which are posted under Sportsbook Info on their site.

    Hey GoTo...

If you're reading this, am I on your payroll yet?

      Hey Boomer,

I agree 200% with you, GOTO is a solid and profesional book. I don't know how long they have been in business but the way they work gives the impression that long enough.

They pay no matter how big you win (as boomer has said), and they are not that small book afraid to take action, they have been around long enough to be able to take hits suck as boomer.

I agree that just because a book is on the left that doesn't mean they are good but in GOTO's case, it is.

Boomer, I know I sound cantankerous (or something like that). But if I was going to wager several thousand on one play, I think I'd choose to make one play on the phone rather than making several identical online wagers in a row (taking a chance that the line would change in the process). This just doesn't make sense, especially for something with a limited market like totals.

            Big Money...

By all means, call in your bet. Unless you are following steam, you will be able to get the number on the site.

If you are following steam, they have, in my opinion, the right to give you whatever line they desire. It is your choice to place the wager or not place the wager in that case. They are not stupid and if they get too heavy on one side and the steam is as hot as it was last year, they have the right to protect themselves.

But if you are not a "steam follower", you should have no worry wagering as much as you want by phone or on the net.

                  ageecee...

Don't get confused by thinking I am some kind of genius handicapper. Just because I take a 50 dime payout from a book doesn't mean I didn't lose 50 dimes somewhere else. In fact, in the case of GoTo, I believe I sent them close to 45 dimes, 10 dimes at a time, before I took my payout. I won't go in to my methodology of wagering as it comes under the heading of "trade secrets", but I have no crystal ball. In fact, as a 'capper I'm pretty lousy. I usually take bank wires when I request payouts as the money is available when it is received.

                  The Phantom...

Thanks for the backup on my GoTo info. I'd like to also recommend to you four other books in the same building I have experience with and have received large payouts from. Gamblers Palace, Money Plays, iBet, and Players Bet are all in the same building, use the same software, and all make their own lines, which sometimes are different from the feed books. I have used all of them off and on for about a year and recommend all of them.

There is a newer one that I'm going into this week called Abetz, just on the strength of the owner, who is a definite stand-up guy who used to run Aces Gold, one of my favorite books. I always had a great relationship with him when he was at Aces Gold and on the basis of that relationship, I'm willing to post up there for ten dimes.

He promises me great lines and high limits like GoTo ($1000 a pop). He offers a 15% signup bonus (I love those!!!) and is also in that building in Costa Rica and uses the same software as the others in that group. I'll report my findings about Abetz after I'm in for awhile.
