There are two days you can check a book out on the first day of NFL (august), and the last three weeks of the NFL. Because at these two time frames it's "crunch time" all the time. If you book has a busy signal, get another book for the superbowl(just in case). Because you can face the same problem again, on NFL most biggest day.

Guys fill us in the the books that never had phone problems before. I have three Royal, CRIS and also Pinnacle(these guys never go down)
