Sting, there is an offshore sportsbook mentioned in the subject heading of the final e-mail sent by the individual making the threats. You prefaced these e-mails with the request made the sportsbook to remain anonymous. Was mentioning this sportsbook a mistake on your part, or completely uninvolved (i.e. was I reading the e-mail incorrectly)? Just wanted to point this out, in case this actually does need to be rectified.

BTW, this is a stiuation where the player lost money at a sportsbook and simply wanted it back.....not a situation where the sportsbook refused to pay out winnings.
