Can bank wires take longer than a week it was sent Jan 18 and my bank didnot get it yet was told it goes through 3 banks plus fed before it hits my account

Yes, I've been told 4-6 BUSINESS days. On one occasion, it actually took 7.

After 1 week you should put a trace on it. I once waited 2 weeks, I finally got things straitened out by calling the other bank myself.
