Seven business days is the longest I've seen, but there could be countries from which it takes longer. For your sake, I hope its not coming from DR.
Don't forget also that the time I'm talking about is measured from when the book actually processes the transaction. They could have been slow getting it out the door.
Anyway, after two weeks I'd be asking the sportsbook and my bank to start tracking it down.
