Hey this is great news for us! The Judges basically say that off-shore gambling is LEGAL as long as all bets are taken NOT IN THE STATES. This can only help Jay and all of us.

Mind you it does look like if they wanted to pass new state laws to forbid such activity they could, but as it stands right now, off shore betting is not an illegal offence in Texas.
