Is the $50 fee from Pinnacle the cost they charge you to bank wire the money? To be fair, most sportsbooks will send money anywhere for you (plus the fees) and only certain books will transfer to other books based on the relationships of the owners of the books (For example, Olympic will intertransfer between SOS and WWTS but not Premiere, Carib, Post Time, etc.)
