    hey all,
    From being a regular to the boards I've come to notice that most of the complaints that people usually have about sportsbooks is normally a lapse in the customer service. So then its pretty much established that it takes good customer service to satisfy us the punters.

    But what else does it take to make us come away happy (apart from a win of course)?
    I'm just interested to know because no one really mentions anything other than good lines and service.

    THIS IS WHAT I WANT FROM MY SPORTS BOOK. if calling a phone center i want to speak to an acct. rep that knows what they are talking about, speaks the language that i am speaking and can get me on and off the phone in a reasonable amount of time. i don't like being put on hold if i make a large play or hearing that a line changed AFTER i gave the play to the rep.

    there is no reason that a line change by the front desk should ever affect a clerk after they have put in a play with the software that is available on the market to the off shore books.

    i also would like my book to send my payments as fast as they accept them. not once or twice a week. if they accept monies seven days a week they should be able to pay the same way. no questions like why are you taking so much out of your account or "you know you only have a small balance left". i would just like to hear "your check will be prossed in a few minutes and be on its way".

    customer service should be curtious in case of a dispute, listining to your complaint then trying to solve it. rather than tring to be brash and assuming that their company is right before the facts are heard.

    the good books in the carib and other locations that handle their operations correctly are the ones that you never hear gripes about on this forum. there are a lot of them out there. they run their business with expertise and efficiency so nary a bad word is said about them.
