Trial update

In a case where it seems the main issue at stake is where business took place, it sounds as though the defendant has scored a major victory.

One of the agents was asked today where the bets he placed took place. He replied, "Antigua".

He was asked to repeat this during cross examination, and apparantly it seemed to go over real well.

The word from the Jay Cohen camp is that Jay is anxiously awaiting his turn on the stand............

WWTS has Cohen at +200, USA at -400, Hung Jury +200.

I sure hope WWTS is wrong with their odds. I can't beleive anybody would lay -400 on USA. Question for Sting, Do you like Jay at +200?

If it were anyother country BUT the USA I would have to agree with you. The possibility of a hung jury makes it a little more difficult, but I went ahead and threw a token bet down for Jay.

I won't bet it, because I don't think it's fair to bet on someone getting jail time or not.

A mans life is basically at stake here, I find it impersonal at best.
