Yep
Basically you submit the form, they process it - manually I am presuming, they send you an email that they have received it and let you know when it is credited
If in a big hurry, might want to call them? -

They are very good. It is easy to open via credit card. If you cash out they will return the portion up to your deposit back to your credit card, or issue you a check.
I have been paid many times over from them....

fyi, the do charge a fee for depositing via cc. I think its 2.5%Comment
